How to know a message is really from Monarch

A genuine message either comes from either a @monarch.com or @monarchmoney.com email address. If this is not the case, treat the offer as suspicious, even if it uses the Monarch name, logo, or branding.

Please Note: A sender's display name can be faked. Always check the full email address a message was sent from, not just the name. See below:

What to do if you get a suspicious message

• Don't reply, click links, or open attachments.
• Check the sender against the test above.
• Report it to our support team (support@monarch.com), then delete it.
