Overview
This article explains how to manage your Monarch subscription when you want to: change your subscription type, update your payment method, apply a discount or promo code, cancel your subscription, or delete your account. These options help ensure your subscription details stay accurate and up to date.
Note: This article applies only to members billed directly through Monarch. It does not apply to subscriptions billed through Apple or Google. If you want to switch from Apple or Google billing to direct billing, refer to this Help Center article.

Updating subscription type (monthly/yearly)
You can switch between a monthly and annual subscription at any time.
Switching to a monthly subscription
Note: The remainder of your yearly subscription cost will be applied as a credit to your account, and you’ll start being billed monthly once that credit runs out.
- Select Settings > Billing
- Select Manage subscription
- Select Monthly ($14.99 / month)
- Review the following information: Payment method, Total due, Billed on, and Due today
- Select Confirm monthly subscription
Switching to a yearly subscription
Note: You will be billed immediately for your yearly subscription, and the remainder of your monthly subscription cost will be credited to the yearly payment.
- Select Settings > Billing
- Select Manage subscription
- Select Annual ($99.99 / year)
- Review the following information: Payment method, Total due, Billed on, and Due today
- Select Confirm annual subscription
Updating your payment method
You can update the payment method used for your subscription at any time.
- Visit the Settings > Billing page
- Select Update payment method

Choose one of the following options:
- Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC
- Select Autofill link and sign up for link or enter the verification code if you already have a link account
- Select Update to save your changes
Adding a discount or promo code
Discounts and promo codes can be applied from the Billing page when eligible.
