Financial Institution Not Listed

If you've searched for the name and website of your financial institution but can't find it, you can request a new connection or add the account manually.

When adding an account, first search for your financial institution. If no matching results appear, you’ll then see the Request new connection option, which you can use to request support for an unlisted institution.

Please note: We always share with our data providers which financial institutions our users need to sync in order to get their entire financial picture on Monarch. That said, we cannot guarantee that a requested financial institution will be added to our data providers' supported list.
