Download transaction history for a single account

  • Log in to Monarch on your desktop.
  • Navigate to the Accounts page.
  • Choose the account from which you would like the transaction history.
  • Select Edit in the top right corner.
  • Select Download transactions.
  • A CSV file will then be downloaded to your device.

Pro tip: Rename the file from the generic name to something that will make it more recognizable.

Note: Downloads are limited to 10,000 transactions each, but we recommend downloading 5K or fewer at a time to avoid errors.

Download account balance history for a single account

  • Log in to Monarch on your desktop.
  • Navigate to the Accounts page.
  • Choose the account from which you would like the balance history.
  • Select Edit in the top right corner.
  • Select Download balance history.
  • A CSV file will then be downloaded to your device.

Pro tip: Rename the file from the generic name to something that will make it more recognizable.

Download transactions for all accounts

  • Navigate to your Settings > Data.
  • Select Download Transactions to start the download of all of your transactions across all of your accounts in a CSV format.

Download account balances for all accounts

  • Navigate to your Accounts tab
  • Find the summary box on the right-hand side.
  • Click Download CSV.

You can download your full account balance and transaction history in Settings at any time, even after your subscription or trial ends.
