The monthly review is available in the Monarch mobile app. It's a dashboard widget that walks you through a summary of your finances for the month.

Finding it

On your mobile dashboard, look for a card titled "[Month]'s progress" (for the current month) or "[Month]'s review" (for past months). Tap the "View progress" button on the card to start.

If you don't see it, go to Customize Dashboard and make sure "Monthly review" is enabled. If it's already enabled, the card may be collapsed — scroll through your dashboard and tap the card header to expand it.

What's included

The review includes pages covering:

• Cash flow — How your money is coming and going (income, expenses, savings)
• Plan progress — How you're tracking against your budget
• Income & expenses — Your top income and expense categories
• Net worth — How your asset and liability balances have changed

Each page breaks down into detailed views:

Resuming a review

If you start a review and leave partway through, the card will show a "Resume" button so you can pick up where you left off. For past months you've already completed, the button changes to "See it again".
