What if I used to be a subscriber? Can I use this on a Monarch account I already set up in the past?
Yes, you can use this offer on an existing Monarch account, as long as there is not already an active subscription on the account. You do not need to create a new Monarch account. Reach out to our support team with your unique offer URL for assistance applying the offer to your account.
What if I have multiple promo codes?
Only one offer can be applied per subscription. Promo codes cannot be combined. For instance, if you have a promo code for an extended 6-month trial and also a promo code for a 3-month trial plus 50% off your first year, then you can use one or the other. They cannot be combined to get the longer trial and the discount.
When will I be charged, and for how much?
After your 3-month free trial, you’ll be charged $49.99 for your first year (a 50% discount on the annual Core plan). After year one, your subscription renews automatically at $99.99/year unless you cancel.
If you don’t want to continue using Monarch beyond your trial, you can cancel anytime during the trial period from your Billing Settings page and you won’t be charged. You’ll still have access during the full trial period.
